Before we go into FAQs, we just wanted to say that we only provide for mainland Singapore.
Thanks to our overseas friends who have expressed interest in our food and treats but we're sorry that we are not able to parcel post items due to handling and storage concerns, not to mention laws on importation of foodstuff.
Now on to the most frequently asked questions....
Q : What is your minimum order and do you deliver?
A : We do include free deliveries for orders above $100.00. Our minimum order is $40.00 and if you want delivery, that would be a $10.00 flat rate to any point in Singapore. Otherwise, you can collect the items yourself at Serangoon or Hougang. If you are along our delivery route, we would be happy to send the food to you at no extra cost at our convenience.
Q : How do I place my order?

Q : When should I place my order and when will the food be delivered/collected?
A : Delivery/Collection is on Thursday and/or Friday evenings. Orders should be placed by Friday as the food is purchased and prepared on Saturday and Sunday. Flexibility on delivery day/time will be exercised where possible upon request.
Q : Do you do postage?
A : No, absolutely not. Proper handling and storage of food is necessary to ensure that you do not receive contaminated or spoilt food. Once the food leaves our hands, we lose control of how it is handled and stored. We will not take the risk of the food lying under a heap of mail at the General Post Office and thereafter travelling around Singapore in a van or scooter in the heat.
Q : I don't have time to cook for my dog. Can you provide package meals?
A : Sure. Let us know your dog's dietary constraints if any, and food intake and we will work out a meal plan.
Q : I'm planning a party. Do you do catering?
A : I'm afraid not. But if you need food for a pawty, do email me and we'll work something out.
Q : Do you do doggy cakes?
A : Sorry, no.
Q : Do you cater to dogs with special dietary needs?
A : Yes, we do. We've done special dishes for dogs with kidney problems, skin disorders and also soft meals for dogs with weak teeth.
