These cookies were made for a doggy Valentine's Day party. 
A soupy meal for an old but beloved companion who was suffering an assortment of ailments, including liver and kidney disease. This dish was made with pork, carrot, cauliflower and wolfberries in a herbal broth.
This Pork Roulade was last year's Christmas special. It was certainly a big hit!
